Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your Speak Professional account and associated personal data. This page describes how to submit a request (required information for Google Play and similar stores).

Option A — In the app

Account deletion from inside the app is not available yet. The Profile screen offers Log out, which signs you out of this device but does not delete your account or data on our servers. Use Option B to request full deletion.

When an in-app “Delete my account” option is added, this page will be updated — that flow will become the preferred method.

What we delete

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account (profile, progress, saved content tied to you, and similar records), subject to legal or security retention requirements (for example short-term server logs).

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation email when processing is finished.
